1 - Personal training
Individual personal training sessions are designed to build
a solid foundation to further expand each athlete's and individual's skill set. These workouts are designed
to prepare athletes to achieve their full potential physically, mentally and technically. "Complete Package" -
mind, body and soul fitness overhaul. This is accomplished by mentoring, instructing and managing athletes in a
professional and positive manner. Maintains strict confidentiality at all times.
GROUP TRAINING / TEAM TRAINING
Group Training or team training
(large or small) is designed similar to individual training. Working as a team towards a common goal.
TEAM TRAINING, ANY
SPORT, the average cost range is $10-$15 a player. For larger groups please contact me and we can discuss a
price that fits into your team budget.
